After you’ve turned over every stone, or almost every stone, and discovered the pain your new customers face, and after you’ve determined they will pay to solve it, you are ready to start crafting your messaging.
My take on crafting your startup marketing message: No one cares what you think. No one cares what you say about your product. No one cares about your product. No one cares about your features.
People only care about what they want and what improves their lives. Write EVERYTHING from your customer’s point of view.
